Registration Terms & Conditions

1. Registration is confirmed only upon receipt and verification of payment.
2. Cancellations made 30+ days before the event will receive a 70% refund. Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable.
3. Substitutions may be made at any time with written notification to the secretariat.
4. The organisers reserve the right to modify the programme without prior notice.
5. By registering, you consent to being photographed/filmed during the event for promotional use.
6. All registrants must abide by the APASL Code of Conduct for professional events.
